Each year, the Board of directors elects an audit committee composed of three Directors. The current members of the audit committee are:
- Raymond Couture, Chairman
- Ronald Perry,
- Tristram Coffin and
- Robert Bryce.
The Audit Committee's mandate is to help Directors fulfil their responsibilities with respect to financial reporting, and to ease communications between the Directors and the external Auditors. The Committee ensures that they remain independent of management. It facilitates discussions between the Directors, Management and the external Auditors, with the goal of increasing the credibility and the objectivity of the financial reports.
