Mr. Gibson is President and CEO of Sprott Mining and Jerritt Canyon Gold LLC.
Greg cumulates over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry as a miner, mine manager, director, CEO and President. Greg’s experience has focused on gold and copper mines primarily in Canada, US, and Australia. He successfully led Trelawney Mining and Exploration as President, CEO and director from an early explorer to the $608 million sale to IAMGOLD in 2012. Mr. Gibson is also a director of several other mining companies: Novo Resources Corp., Resource Capital Gold Corp., Ascot Resources Ltd., Latin American Minerals Inc., Sprott Mining Inc., and Jerritt Canyon Canada.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Holder of a Mining Engineering Degree decreed by Polytechnique Montréal, Mr. Hamelin is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Professional order of engineers) since September 2009, and of Professional Engineers Ontario since July 1993.
Mr. Hamelin cumulates twenty-five years of progressive and relevant experience in mining operation project management, as well as in surface and underground mining operations. This experience was acquired (March 1991 to October 2007) mainly in the Stobie, McCreedy East, Copper Cliff North and Garson mines belonging to Inco Limited. Mr. Hamelin was Mine Manager of the Lamaque mine from October 2007 to May 2009. He then worked as Mine Manager for the Lake Pelletier project (Rouyn-Noranda) and Lake Herbin mine (Val-d’Or) of Alexis Minerals Corporation (May 2009 to September 2010). During his career, Mr. Hamelin has also performed and completed several mining pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.
Mrs. Gendron holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in sciences (economics), and she is a member of the Barreau du Québec (Bar of the province of Quebec). She has been a solo practitioner since 2009, serving several small and mid-sized businesses, many in the mining exploration field. Her area of practice is mainly securities legislation and corporate governance, and she has also served on the Boards of several publicly traded corporations.
General Manager of Operations
Mr. Parker has more than 30 years of experience in working with narrow vein-type deposits. His increasing responsibilities gave him the opportunity to acquire experience in running and exploiting underground mines, both conventional and mechanical. He has worked on many mining sites throughout his career. He was General Manager at Don Bourgeois & Fils, a mining contractor, for five years before joining Metanor in September 2015.
Mr. Gobeil holds a degree in geological engineering from the University of Québec at Chicoutimi. During his career of more than 38 years, he worked at SOQUEM, Minerai Lac, Cambior and Alexis Mineral. Mr. Gobeil played a key role in the discoveries of the Béliveau and Bousquet II Mines and in the return to production of the Géant Dormant mine, where he held the position of Chief Geologist for more than 10 years.
Working for Metanor Resources since 2013, as geology manager, his work has helped in finding the South zone of the Moroy property. He currently holds the position of Director of Exploration with the mandate to manage all of the Company’s exploration work. His solid experience in mining both in gold production and exploration is an important asset for Metanor Resources.

Mr. Fairbairn is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, leadership, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and financial and management reporting. He is a Chartered Accountant who brings strong financial skills and who has served as a senior officer and/or a director in both public and privately held companies.
