September 2, 2011 - Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada: Metanor Resources Inc. ('Metanor') (TSX-V: MTO) is pleased to announce that Sandstorm Gold Ltd. ('Sandstorm') (TSX-V: SSL) has remitted the US$6 million final payment to Metanor in accordance with the gold purchase agreement announced on January 17, 2011. Under the terms of the agreement, Sandstorm is entitled to purchase 20% of the life of mine gold produced from the Bachelor Lake project ('Bachelor Lake') at a per ounce price equal to the lesser of US$500 and the then prevailing market price of gold.

Metanor Resources Inc. ("Metanor") (TSX-V: MTO) is pleased to provide a further update on its activities at the Bachelor Lake Gold Project. The shaft sinking of 536 feet was completed before the end of July and on budget, including the development of the 2 shaft stations (Levels 13, 14). Over 90% of the equipment required to complete the 5,000 ton bulk sample is already on site.

August 8, 2011 - Metanor Resources Inc. announces the grant of a stock option under its Stock Option Plan. By resolution of the Board of directors dated of February 25, 2011, an option was granted in favour of an officer of Metanor. This option, for a total of 200,000 reserved shares at an exercise price of $0.32 per share, became effective on March 31, 2011, and was granted for a duration of 10 years.

August 8, 2011 RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS Metanor Resources Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Metanor") (TSX V: MTO) is pleased to announce that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Val-d'Or on December 20, 2010, the shareholders proceeded with the election of Robert C. Bryce, Tristram Robert Coffin, Raymond Couture, Ghislain Morin, Ronald Perry and Serge Roy as directors of the Corporation.

June 16, 2011-Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada: Metanor Resources Inc. ('Metanor') (TSX-V: MTO) is pleased to provide a further update on its activities at the Bachelor Lake Gold Project.  The shaft sinking process is now 85% complete, including the development of the 2 shaft stations (Levels 13, 14) along with over 446 feet of shaft completed with less than 90 feet remaining.  Over 80% of the equipment required to complete the 5,000 ton bulk sample is already on site.  The infrastructures are being upgraded, and are on schedule to be ready for the execution of the bulk sample.  The project team is presently recruiting its operating team to take over the operation when the shaft sinking is completed by the contractor.  The shaft sinking (down to approximately 2,400 feet) is still scheduled to be completed by the end of July.

May 31, 2011-Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada: Metanor Resources Inc. ('Metanor') (TSX-V: MTO) and its exploration team are pleased to announce that phase 1 of a drilling campaign on the Barry property allowed to localize a new gold bearing sheared zone to the northwest of the Barry deposit.
