Corporate Governance

For the TSX Venture, the term "Corporate Governance" designates the guidelines under which internal affairs and activities of the Corporation are managed. The management has the responsibility of managing and supervising the activities and internal affairs on behalf of the company owners, the Shareholders. All issuers have to adopt norms and guidelines of corporate governance which are appropriate to their needs and that meet the demands of the TSX Venture.Exchange.

Metanor Resources has recently adopted a set of corporate governance and policies towards insider transactions and preferred information. A committee of corporate governance has been formed, consisting of Diane Bournival, Raymond Couture and Robert Bryce.
