Mr. Greg Gibson, currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Mining and Jerritt Canyon Gold LLC, brings over 30 years of mining experience, acquired at all stages of development of mining projects, as a miner, mine manager, director, CEO and President. Mr. Gibson has extensive experience with gold and copper mining projects located namely in Canada, the US and Australia. He successfully led Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc., as President & CEO, from an early stage explorer to the $608 million sale to IAMGOLD in 2012. Mr. Gibson is also a director of several other mining companies: Latin American Minerals, Barkerville Gold Mines, Kerr Mines, Inventus Mining Corp, Inc., Jerritt Canyon Canada, Mag Copper Ltd. and Rae Wallace Mining.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Holder of a Mining Engineering Degree decreed by Polytechnique Montréal, Mr. Hamelin is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Professional order of engineers) since September 2009, and of Professional Engineers Ontario since July 1993.
Mr. Hamelin cumulates twenty-five years of progressive and relevant experience in mining operation project management, as well as in surface and underground mining operations. This experience was acquired (March 1991 to October 2007) mainly in the Stobie, McCreedy East, Copper Cliff North and Garson mines belonging to Inco Limited. Mr. Hamelin was Mine Manager of the Lamaque mine from October 2007 to May 2009. He then worked as Mine Manager for the Lake Pelletier project (Rouyn-Noranda) and Lake Herbin mine (Val-d’Or) of Alexis Minerals Corporation (May 2009 to September 2010). During his career, Mr. Hamelin has also performed and completed several mining pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

Mr. Perry has been Director of Metanor Resources Inc. since March 2007. He was recently its Vice-President and Treasurer until May 31, 2017. He is a chartered accountant and holds a graduate degree in accountancy from Concordia University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major degree in both accounting and business administration.
Mr. Perry has over 35 years of accounting, financial and entrepreneurial business experience in mining, high technology, venture capital, and merchant banking companies. In 2000, Mr. Perry founded Briolijor Corporation, a financial consulting company to both private and public corporations, and still acts as its President. Mr. Perry has been involved in all dimensions of business, including financing, statutory reporting, internal controls, legal aspects, as well as all administrative responsibilities.
Tristram Robert (Tris) Coffin
Director since September 2007
A well-established businessman, Mr. Coffin was admitted to the Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec (Professional order of dispensing opticians) in 1963. He has been active in the optical industry for the last 40 years, and sits on many advisory committees.
Former owner of the “Tris Coffin, Meunier Rosenthal Asselin Optometrists/Opticians” firm located in Montreal (province of Quebec), Mr. Coffin operated one of Canada’s most prestigious eye surgery center. He also acted as a special advisor and licensee to U.S. Vision in the province of Quebec. Early in his career, he worked in the brokerage business sector and helped numerous companies become public. Mr. Coffin was also involved in home construction projects in the Laurentians (province of Quebec), as well as in the 1964 Olympic Games, as Manager of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team.
Robert C. Bryce
Director since November 2009
Mr. Bryce is a member of the Quebec Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Professional order of engineers) and of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). Cumulating nearly 50 years of mine construction and operation experience, Mr. Bryce has worked with significant base metal mines and concentrators in northwestern Quebec. For the past seven years, he has been involved in public junior mining companies’ exploration activities and administration. Mr. Bryce is a member of the governance and audit committees at Metanor.
After working more than ten years for the Opémiska mine in Chapais, Quebec (Falconbridge Copper Ltd.), where he became Assistant Mine Manager, Mr. Bryce became General Manager for Selbaie Mines, Joutel, Quebec, from 1975 to 1990. From 1991 to 1994, he was Vice-President – Mining Operations for Aur Ressources Inc. Subsequently, and until 1999, he was Vice-President and Director of Resources at Procoloro Resources Inc. Mr. Bryce founded Ressources Abe Inc. in 1996, of which he was President until the beginning of 2007, and since then, has remained a member of its Board of Directors. He is also a Director of QMX Gold Corporation, Q-Gold Resources, Pershimco Resources Inc., Knick Exploration, Bonterra Resources Inc., and Integra Gold Corp.

Mr. Fontaine is currently Vice-President – Business Development of Diagnos Inc. He joined the Metanor team in December 2014. He held the position of Vice-President within a firm specialized in spot exchange transactions (Forex). Before working as a broker at a major Canadian securities firm, he worked in the mining sector in Vancouver. His broad experience in the financial and mining industries provides excellent background for directing business development at Diagnos. Mr. Fontaine is a Director on the Board of Majescor Resources Inc. and a member of the governance and audit committees.

Mr. Akiba Leisman, a consultant to Wexford Capital LP where he oversees the precious metal public and private equity portfolios, has over a decade of financial and management experience in the resources industry. He is also currently Executive Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. Prior to consulting for Wexford, he was a senior analyst at Red Kite Capital Management for the Mine Finance funds where he was responsible for senior secured investments on metal mining assets. Previously, he was an Associate at Standard Bank working in the Structured Commodity Products and Mine Finance groups. Mr. Leisman has an MBA from New York University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mrs. Ouellette has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and management acquired through a number of senior positions with Lake Shore Gold Corp, FNX Mining, Dynatec and Domtar Forestry. She has a proven track record in providing leadership and strategy in the development and growth phase of mining operations, as well as merger & acquisition transactions. She holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). She is currently Executive Vice President, Human Resources, at Kirkland Lake Gold.
